By creating an account and using LegalFS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Platform Services

LegalFS provides legal brief digitization services, including scanning, document organization, and AI-powered features. The platform acts as a tool to assist lawyers and does not provide legal advice.

3. Data Privacy & Security

Your documents are stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement role-based access control to ensure only authorized users can view case files. Documents are stored within the APAC region.

4. Liability Exclusion Clause

LegalFS shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from the use of digitized documents, AI-generated content, or any other feature of the platform. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of digitized content against original documents. AI features are provided as assistance tools only and do not constitute legal advice.

5. Document Handling

Physical briefs are handled with care during the scanning process. Page counts must be verified and acknowledged by the lawyer within the specified dispute window. After this period, the page count is considered accepted.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your documents within 30 days.
